Today, most of us recognize that this stigma surrounding mental health has done great harm to our society. Society is beginning to realize that health is as important as physical well-being. Every component of our lives is affected by it. Our well-being affects our abilities. Thus, we need to be aware of any wearables privacy policies that might do us more harm than good.

These can include problems with chronic pain, lack of sleep, fatigue, headaches and the possibility of illness. These side effects can be aggravated by lack of habits such as smoking, drinking, medication, improper diet and exercise.

People with mental illness know that it can be challenging to concentrate and solve problems. It may affect how we work and our ability to withstand the pressure. Fears that lead to hesitation and indecision can interfere with our work. Professions that we have worshiped and worked hard to cultivate can survive.

Our psychological well-being is an important component that can potentially affect all aspects of our lives.
